1. Admission Requirements and procedures

a. Original and Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

b. 2 pcs 1x1 I.D. Picture

c. Form 138 or Form 137

d. Certificate of Good Moral Character

e. Fill up an Application Form

- Applicants will be interviewed together with their parents.

- Parents will provide all the requirements with the registration form to the officer in charge and pay the tuition fee.

*Pre-School:

K-1 applicants must be 4-4-1/2 years old by June of the coming school year.

K-2 applicants must be 5 years old by June of the coming school year.

Note: 3-3 ½ need assessment before accepted.

Grade School:

Grade 1 applicants must be 6 years old by June of the coming school year and the applicant must have preschool experience.

Old Students:

All unpaid accounts of the previous year should be settled first before enrolling for incoming school year.

Returning Students:

Returning students be treated as new student.

Reminders:

a. Boys must have regular haircut, intentional baldness is discourage, earrings for boys is prohibited

b. Nails must be trimmed short and not polished nor manicured.

c. The use of expensive accessories and jewelry is discouraged.

d. A General Appearance of cleanliness and neatness is expected at all times.
